OHTA News: Contents

1st and 2nd Revisions, headings to Volume 24 Number 1, April 1998, completed to 1 June 1998 by David Shield and to 1 February 2000 by John Maidment.

This compilation is a listing of the headings used in OHTA News, the quarterly journal of the Organ Historical Trust of Australia. Volume and issue number are followed by headings and page number. Inside the front cover for each issue appear the aims of this organization followed by the Steering Committee (vol 1.1 to vol 2.2) and members of the Council (vol 2.3 to present). Photographs first appeared in volume 4, and are usually found in the central pages. Sources of photographs are abbreviated to initials an explanation of which is appended. The front cover has, in the main, featured drawings by Graeme Rushworth. These are appended separately.

The first volume of OHTA News was published in July 1977 and two issues were printed that year. Since 1978 it has been a quarterly journal

The aim of this compilation is threefold:

  1. To list the contents of the first 20 volumes of OHTA News by heading.
  2. To acknowledge the sources of the photographs used.
  3. To acknowledge the front cover illustrations : generally supplied by Graeme Rushworth

Copies of OHTA News are held at:

National Library of Australia

State Library of NSW

State Library of Victoria

Mollison Library, Trinity College, University of Melbourne

Individual issues, subject to availability, may be ordered at a cost of AUD 0.50 each plus postage from:
Organ Historical Trust of Australia
PO Box 200 Camberwell Victoria 3124 Australia

Volume and issue number followed by headings and page number. Headings listed by volume.
