2011 OHTA Conference Book

Here is the pdf file of the 2011 OHTA Conference book.

This year I have left a 2 cm inside gutter for each page (making a 4 cm gutter in total)
so that when bound we shouldn't have the problems last year where it
was difficult to read some text near the spine of the book.

Here is the pdf file for the cover with a colour picture.

It is assumed that the inside cover will be blank and that the book proper will
start with page 1 being the first right hand page.

The text for the spine is below. This will need to be styled and the font size
selected as appropriate for the width and length of the spine.  
There should be a gap between "Australia" & "34th" and "Conference" & "Tas".

We need to have 150 copies printed.

The cover is to be on glossy white card.




It needs to be completed by 18 April at the latest and sent to the
following address by courier, to arrive there before Thursday 21 April.
